PROFESSIONAL JUNIOR BACHELOR'S DEGREE
Basic vocational training: duration of training – 1 year 10 months
9-year programme: duration of study – 3 years (leading to a full secondary education)

- Master installer of renewable energy systems.
- Electric and gas welder. Motor vehicle driver. Motor vehicle driver with categories «B» and «С» licences.
- Electric and gas welder. Electric welder on automatic and semi-automatic machines.
- Wheeled vehicle repair mechanic. Electric and gas welder.
- Wheeled vehicle repair mechanic. Motor vehicle driver. Motor vehicle driver with categories «B» and «С» licences.
- Repair mechanic, Agricultural tractor driver (categories «А1», «А2», «В1»), Driver categories «В», «С»
- Worker providing comprehensive maintenance and repair services for buildings. Window, interior and building decorator.
- Postal service operator. Cashier (at a bank).
- Controller-cashier. Accountant responsible for recording accounting data.

The educational institution provides: accommodation, scholarships, meals, financial incentives, bonuses, and a guarantee of a first job.
The centre provides: vocational and technical training; advanced training; retraining. The training period is 5-8 months.
Permanent driving courses for category B and C motor vehicles.
Teaching staff
The educational process at VET Institution is supported by a strong teaching staff of 175 highly qualified specialists. The core of the team consists of experienced teachers, 11 of whom hold the honorary title of teacher-methodologist, confirming their significant contribution to the development of educational and methodological work. In addition, 20 teachers have the highest qualification category, and 37 specialists are also an integral part of the teaching staff.
Teachers of general education subjects and special disciplines constantly demonstrate their desire for professional growth. They actively improve their qualifications and apply the acquired knowledge and innovative approaches in their teaching activities. In particular, modern information technologies are actively used in classes and lectures, which makes the learning process more interactive, dynamic and in line with the requirements of the times.
The team of production training masters, consisting of 79 people, plays an important role in training qualified workers. Among them, 15 masters with the highest category stand out. In addition, 10 specialists have I and II categories, and 54 people have specialist qualifications. The vocational training instructors not only impart practical skills, but also actively participate in the development and improvement of training programmes and the improvement of the material and technical base of training and practical centres. They actively introduce the use of VR technologies in vocational training lessons, opening up new opportunities for simulating complex production processes and improving the quality of practical training.
VET Institution pays considerable attention not only to academic but also to physical development of students. The institution has various sports clubs in the following popular areas:
- Weightlifting
- Boxing (hand-to-hand combat)
- Football
- Basketball
- Volleyball
- Badminton and table tennis
- Sports games
- Jura, sports tourism, scouts (which promotes patriotic education and the development of survival skills)
Sports activities are coordinated by eight highly professional club leaders, five of whom are masters of sports in Ukraine. They not only train young people, but also represent Ukraine with dignity at international Olympiads and competitions, which is a great honour for our institution.
To ensure psychological comfort and support for all participants in the educational process, the institution employs a practical psychologist who has the highest category and title of methodologist. The specialist provides comprehensive psychological support throughout the entire period of study for students from different social and age categories, contributing to their successful adaptation and personal growth.
Youth Council
The Youth Council is a tool for the youth ‘voice’ that gives young people a chance to be heard. It is an advisory body formed by local government bodies from representatives of young people to advise on, develop and implement youth policy at the local level.
The objectives of the Youth Council are:
- to democratise student life and unite the efforts of teaching staff and students in the educational process;
- collegial discussion and resolution of all issues by involving students in the management process;
- development of initiative, self-activity of students, the ability to live and act in conditions of broad publicity and responsibility for the tasks assigned.
TASKS: Educating future highly skilled workers, highly educated people, bearers of high general, political, moral, aesthetic and physical culture. Involving each student in an active life position. Ensuring the protection of students' rights and interests. Working at the Youth Centre. Promoting the employment of students and graduates. Developing young people as youth workers.
Areas of activity: Assisting the Centre's management in organising educational and training activities, creating conditions for involving students in various types of creative activities: cultural and educational, sports and mass, social and humanistic, law enforcement, etc. Promoting the search for and support of talented and gifted students, providing them with comprehensive assistance. Strengthening collectivism and mutual assistance among students to increase personal responsibility and interest in the results of learning, education and the development of creative potential. Monitoring students' compliance with the Centre's discipline and internal rules, raising their overall cultural level, ensuring compliance with the Charter of the DCPTO. Participation in the scholarship committee. Youth work is aimed at developing civil society using elements of participation.
Our achievements:
- Opened the first youth centre for vocational education institutions in Ukraine - Received the award for ‘Best Practice in Youth Work in Ukraine’. The youth centre is currently operating offline. We conduct training courses on civic education. We launched the ‘Friendly Space’ project with the support of GIZ.
- Based at the centre, young people have joined the Cossack Charitable Foundation ‘Memorial Sirka’, which continues to provide humanitarian and charitable assistance to people affected by the Russian Federation's military aggression.
- Students took second place in an international charity video competition, which raised funds for a quadcopter for the Armed Forces of Ukraine in 2022.
- A career guidance system based on the principle of ‘peer-to-peer’ was introduced.
- The competition ‘Vocational education reveals talents’ was launched.
International Cooperation
DPTNZ ‘DCPTO’ became one of the winners of the all-Ukrainian competition within the framework of the ‘Skills for Inclusion’ project. Now the Centre invites you to free training in the following areas
- Electrician for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment – 1 group
- Master for installation and maintenance of renewable energy systems – 2 groups
- Electrician for repair of electrical equipment – 2 groups
- Controller-cashier – 2 groups
These programmes are designed to support people discharged from military service and persons with disabilities, helping them to acquire new skills, find work and adapt more easily to civilian life.
The project "Skills for Inclusion: On-the-Job Training to Empower Vulnerable Groups" is implemented by the Ukrainian Professional Development NGO with financial support from the European Union, Germany, Poland, and Estonia as part of the Skills4Recovery Multi-Donor Initiative, which is implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and Solidarity Fund PL (SFPL).
